A British national, Bryan has developed businesses in the southern African region since 1980 holding positions as CEOs or special advisor to several major regional investment projects and international clients investing in Africa. Over the years, he has built a professional network at the highest corporate and political levels.
He has played major roles acting as a board member of the American Business Council of Botswana and the Botswana Export Development & Investment Authority. He is a graduate of Plastics and Rubber Institute (Grad PRI), a BSc Hons equivalent from the University of the South Bank. |

| Cornelia Selelo |

Cornelia spent 16 years with Botswana’s largest short term insurance company, Botswana Insurance Company (Pty) Ltd. She oversaw the provision and implementation of all HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, training and development for all the company offices.
She started her career as Personal Assistant to the Deputy Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, and had a successful career with Murray & Roberts Botswana and then the Commonwealth Development Corporation. Educated to Diploma Level in Human Resources Management, Cornelia has a solid track record in employee development and investment resulting in low staff turnover and high employee morale and productivity. She brings a wealth of Human Resources and business management experience as well as insight into the various aspects of Botswana labour legislation and practice. She previously served on the Management Committee of Pula Medical Aid Fund. |

| Donald Maika |
| Research and Business Analyst |
Donald Maika, a Botswana national, is currently undertaking a part time diploma in accounting which he started in June 2008 at the Botswana Accountancy College (BAC) and will be accredited by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) from United Kingdom. Donald is applying for the professional membership of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and he is looking forward to enrol for MSc in Finance and Investment Management with the London School of Business and Finance.
Donald worked for Samdef, a media investment fund in Gaborone, Botswana, as an Investment Officer trainee for 3 months where he was tasked with analysing the loan management system for the Samdef fund. Subsequently he joined Ariya Capital LLP, a private equity fund manager and undertook detailed research of the Clean Energy Sector in Sub-Saharan Africa.

| Kabo Kgopo |

Kabo, a Botswana national, started his tertiary education with Gaborone Technical College to pursue Business Studies. Subsequently he attended Multimedia University, a top tier University in Malaysia, where he completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) majoring in Finance. He interned with the Botswana National Food Research Technology Centre for a period of six months where he worked in the corporate services and finance department.
Prior to joining Bomasi, he was an intern as a Research Analyst at Ariya Capital, a New Jersey based private equity firm, in 2010 where he engaged in extensive research of the Clean Energy Sector in Southern Africa. Currently he is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) candidate with the CFA institute. Having been exposed to different international markets, he brings more than the average Analyst at Bomasi. He covers both the company’s Venture Capital and Private Equity Investments focusing in Agribusiness and Clean Tech within Sub-Saharan Africa for one of our strategic partners, African Emerging Ventures.

| Becky Bloomfield |
Becky has spent the last 6 years working for the British Government in the National Policing Improvement Agency. She has provided risk management services, supported the development and maintenance of project plans and provided project support services to the Programme manager of the National CCTV Strategy. She developed, launched and monitored all aspects of the CCTV Mini-site on the Home Office Crime Reduction Website.
Prior to this she graduated with Honours from the University of Central Lancashire in Forensic Science and Criminology.

| Vivian Jean Stasse |

Jean, a Belgium national, holds a Doctor in Law degree and has extensive experience working for a US$ 6 Billion Fortune 500 Company in numerous locations including the USA, Greece, Botswana and Zimbabwe.
He has worked within the competitive analysis, financial control and business development sectors of the glass fibre industry and prior to retiring led the marketing and business development activities in Africa. He was part of the team that secured a US$ 75 million pipe supply contract – the largest single contract the group had ever received. Jean has 12 years’ experience in Africa of which 5 was in north west Africa providing consultancy services in support of African business development. He helped secure a US$100 million BOT (build, operate and transfer) water project.
He has an established network of high-level contacts both within Africa and Europe and brings a wealth of experience to the team.

| Sue Hardisty |

Sue, a British national, holds a degree in law and is an admitted attorney of the Supreme Court of England & Wales and the High Court for the Republic of Botswana. She has previously held board membership for the Botswana Labour Law Review.
Since 2000, Sue has provided consulting services to a number of international organisations looking to establish a presence in Botswana and this has included the development of agreements, HR polices procedures and strategies. Prior to setting up her own consultancy she was a member of the management team for a highly successful management consultancy specialising in corporate strategy and strategic management. Sue has also served as a Judge at the Industrial Court of Botswana, and served as an Attorney within Botswana’s largest law firm. Prior to leaving the UK in 1990, Sue was a practising solicitor and partner in a UK law firm.
Sue brings a hands-on practical approach to legal and human resource management as well 17 years’ experience in Africa.
